In providing your child with the most comprehensive level of support, Ms. Amahni offers teacher partnerships that include working in tandem with your child’s teacher(s) via email and/or conferences to discuss your student’s progress and create a seamless circle of support for your child. This partnership is most effective when tutoring sessions are held at least two times per week.
Personalized Lesson Plans
Understanding students’ learning preferences, interests, and strengths is an integral part of effective teaching. Ms. Amahni’s years of tutoring experience and educational background in Child Development and Early Childhood Education has equipped her with the ability to quickly identify and help restore gaps in her students’ foundations in creative and engaging ways.
Foreign Language Lessons
Ms. Amahni has several years’ experience teaching and tutoring Spanish and French. In high school, she co-taught a Spanish III class, served as the president of her school’s Spanish National Honor Society, and helped organize a week-long, fully funded trip to Spain for her AP Spanish class. In addition, she scored a 5 on the AP Spanish Language exam and has since helped other students master the fundamentals of foreign language communication. She began her French studies in college, earning A’s in multiple French course, and studied abroad in Dakar, Senegal at a French-speaking institution.
Session Summaries
Recognizing the milestones of progress we overturn along the path to our goals is essential. Ms. Amahni supports this practice in the session summaries she provides following each session.
Each session summary reviews material covered during the session, any homework assigned, and notes on progress made and areas for opportunity. The summaries are searchable, organized, and kept in a localized and easily accessible location across your Apple devices.
In-Person & Online Help
Ms. Amahni serves the majority of her students in-person at a local, modern, and well-furnished business center and conference room in the Chino Hills community. However, she also offers online support and is available for quick questions outside of tutoring sessions as well.
For online tutoring, a stable internet connection, the Zoom program, and a functional mic are required.
1-on-1 Private In-Person & Online Tutoring
$85/hr
Online Private Tutoring
All online tutoring sessions are conducted 1-on-1 with Ms. Amahni via Zoom. Online sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Once the first session has been scheduled, a unique Zoom link will be sent to the student and/or parents that can be used for each future session.

In-Person Private Tutoring
These 1-on-1 in-person sessions will be held at a modern, well-furnished community center/conference room in Chino Hills. Tutoring address will be provided upon enrollment. In-person sessions are 50 minutes in duration to allow time for a brief session review with parents and pickup.
$110/hr
In-Home Private Tutoring
These 1-on-1 in-person sessions will be held in the comfort of your own home. In-home private tutoring sessions are offered on a case-by-case basis within a 5-mile radius of Chino Hills, CA, space and schedule permitting. In-home sessions are 50 minutes in duration to allow time for a brief session review with parents and pickup.
All sessions include necessary materials for the session at no additional cost.
